Practical help, with your approval
Rides, purchases, home visits and external services cost extra. Arranged services carry a 15% service fee, included in the total you approve before booking. Frank asks before spending money.
Giving Frank as a gift
You can pay for a parent’s service or let them choose later. Paying does not give you access to their conversations or location. They choose what to share.
When do payments start?
U.S. ordering is not open yet. Joining the launch list is free. Your included month begins when you activate the device, and no paid service starts without your agreement.
Human support hours and fair-use details will be confirmed before activation. Frank is an everyday assistance service, not a medical device or guaranteed emergency service.
