What if I lose Frank or my keys?
Our lost-device support helps you find Frank, protect your account and get it back. Keep Frank attached to your keys and it can help you find those, too.
- Find it. Check Frank’s location in the family app or ask our support team — your keys will be with it if they’re attached. Updates depend on battery and cellular coverage; otherwise, we can use its last reported location.
- Freeze it. You or someone you’ve authorised can freeze personal access and spending through the app or our team, much like freezing a payment card.
- Get it back. Whoever finds Frank can press the button and talk to our support team. We can help arrange the return of Frank and any attached keys without sharing your personal details.
Could someone else use my Frank?
Frank’s protection combines voice recognition, familiar patterns of use and the permissions you choose. These checks work together in the background. Occasionally, we may need a little extra confirmation to keep your information or spending safe.
Lost mode blocks personal account access and purchases, while still letting the finder contact our team to help return Frank.
How does Frank protect my information?
Our security combines industry-standard encryption, authenticated device connections and carefully controlled access to your information. Frank looks for unusual activity and works within the permissions and spending limits you set.

No. Frank starts listening when you press the yellow button. You are always the one who begins the conversation.
What happens if I press it by accident?
Nothing to worry about. Frank will ask what you need. If you do not need anything, just say so — or leave it and Frank will stop.
How does charging work?
Frank comes with an oak charging tray. Plug it in where you normally keep your keys, then set Frank on its magnetic charging point. The magnets guide it onto the charging contacts and keep it topped up.
How long does the battery last?
Smart power management gives Frank up to a week of battery life, depending on use. Leave the oak charging tray where you keep your keys and top Frank up whenever you get home.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. Frank has its own cellular connection, microphone, speaker and GPS. Press the button and speak — no smartphone or Wi-Fi setup needed.
How can Frank help if I have a fall?
Press Frank to ask for help or contact someone you have chosen. With emergency response activated, you can reach help 24/7. Automatic fall detection is not included.

Can family see where I am?
The family app lets the people you choose see your location. You control who can see it. Buying Frank for someone does not give access to their location or conversations.
